NTL is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions:
Position & Age: Office Attendant (Positions-1x Islamabad & 1x Karachi), Age Max: 40 Years
Educational Background: Middle/Matric
Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies: Experience: Preferably 1x Year relevant experience
Job Location: Islamabad and Karachi
Terms & Conditions:
- Selected candidates will be hired initially for contract period of 3 x years (extendable if required) and will be on 6-month probation period.
- Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process, and accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
- 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
- Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/ relevant forum must be provided at the time of interview.

Position & Age: DAD Software Developer (Flutter Developer), Age Max: 30 years, 2x Positions
Educational Background: 16 Years of HEC verified education in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent in a related field
Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in Flutter/mobile application development.
- Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Manage end-to-end mobile app development lifecycle using Flutter.
- Integrate third-party libraries, plugins and REST/GraphQL APIs to enhance app functionality and performance.
- Leverage Flutter/Dart to build robust, cross-platform (Android & iOS) applications from a single codebase.
- Utilize state management solutions (e.g. Provider, Riverpod, BLoC) for clean, modular and scalable app architecture.
- Ensure adherence to Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies, including privacy, permission usage, and content standards.
- Implement app compliance best practices, including runtime permissions, background task limits, and device compatibility requirements.
