Requirements:
Qualification: Matric/Intermediate, Technical Qualification
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in lasting operations within the footwear industry. Skilled in production and quality target achievement, manpower supervision, lasting process control, bottleneck management, productivity improvement, and workplace safety.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily Production, Quality targets achievement as per the plan.
- Supervise lasting operators, helpers and allocate daily production targets as per schedules.
- Monitor lasting processes to ensure correct upper positioning, shoe shape and alignment.
- Control process parameters, identify bottlenecks, and minimize defects, rework, wastage, and production losses.
- Ensure worker productivity, 5S, PPE, Housekeeping and safety standards.
