Job Summary: Isuzu Lyallpur Motors is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Deputy Manager – Parts Sales to lead and strengthen our Parts Sales operations within a 3S dealership environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Parts Sales, preferably in an authorized 3S automotive dealership.
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts inventory, sales operations, and customer relationship management.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and managing dealer parts operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Good command of MS Office and dealership management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise Parts Sales operations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels and availability of genuine parts.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure smooth parts availability with the Service Department.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Parts Sales team.
