Eligibility: B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
* Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for plant machinery, equipment, and utilities.
* Ensure maximum equipment availability while minimizing breakdowns, downtime, and production losses.
* Develop and monitor maintenance plans, schedules, and KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and downtime.
* Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective/preventive actions.
* Manage electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, automation, and utility systems.
* Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other functions for timely resolution of equipment issues.
* Lead maintenance improvement, automation, equipment modification, and energy-efficiency initiatives.
* Ensure availability and effective management of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance resources.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, electrical, and operational standards.
* Lead and develop maintenance teams through technical guidance, training, and performance management.
* Monitor maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and energy optimization.
* Support installation, commissioning, and handover of new machinery and equipment.
* Prepare maintenance reports, analyze equipment trends, and present improvement plans to management.
