We’re Hiring! L&D Manager L&D Requirement
- Design and implement learning & development strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify training needs through TNA, performance data and business requirements
- Develop and manage training programs, workshops and leadership development initiatives
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning impact
- Manage internal and external trainers and learning partners
- Build a continuous learning culture across the organization
What we are looking for
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development
- Strong experience in training needs analysis and L&D program management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to design practical, engaging, and business-focused learning programs
