- QUALIFICATION: Intermediate/Undergraduate
- EXPERIENCE: 0-6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
- Prepare, review, and manage documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Enter and update data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Provide general administrative support such as scanning and sorting.
- Assist with Employer Branding activities, including coordination of employee engagement initiatives and content.
Key Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and basic data management.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
