NTL is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions:

Position Details

Position Title: Monitoring & Compliance Officer (Positions – 03)

Maximum Age: 55 years

Educational Background:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University.
Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC.

Professional Experience:

Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies:

Monitoring and compliance activities of the e-Sahulat franchisee network to ensure adherence to approved policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Implement monitoring and compliance mechanisms, checklists, SOPs, and reporting frameworks.
Ensure timely follow-up with regional team, franchisees, and stakeholders for resolution of identified issues.
Analyze operational and compliance data and provide periodic reports, summaries to the management.
Monitor franchisee performance and identify trends, recurring issues, risks, and areas requiring management intervention.
Coordination with regional team to ensure smooth implementation of compliance SOPs.
To ensure achievement of departmental objectives with timelines.
Review official correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications related to monitoring, compliance.
Represent the department in relevant meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on assigned matters.
Any other duty assigned by reporting officer.

Job Location: Across Pakistan

Terms & Conditions

1. Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 3 years (extendable if required) and will be on a 6-month probation period.
Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process, and accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches etc. will not be allowed during test/interview.
