NUR International University (NIU), Lahore, a project of the NUR-Fatima Memorial System, is inviting applications for the position of:
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR / DEPUTY DIRECTOR – QUALITY ENHANCEMENT CELL (QEC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HEC quality assurance standards and guidelines.
- Support accreditation, re-accreditation, institutional evaluations, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate Self-Assessment Reports, program evaluations, postgraduate program reviews, and related documentation.
- Facilitate internal and external audits, including course files, faculty reports, and LMS compliance.
- Contribute to institutional ranking initiatives, including THE World University Rankings and QS World University Rankings.
- Participate in HEC-QAA surveys, data analysis, and institutional performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative leadership to identify and implement quality improvements.
- Monitor national and international developments in higher education quality assurance.
Eligibility: Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university/institution with 7–10 years of relevant experience in an HEC-recognized university.
Location: 17 KM Raiwind Road, Lahore
