We’re Hiring Head of Post Production (Full-Time | Senior Level)
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Post Production to lead the content output across Shahveer Jaffry’s main, second, and gaming YouTube channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the quality across long-form, Shorts, reels, thumbnails & graphics.
- Manage and mentor a team of editors.
- Oversee thumbnail designs, motion graphics and end screens.
- Use AI-powered tools to enhance quality and streamline delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of post-production experience (YouTube/Digital).
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong motion graphics, thumbnail design and AI tool experience.
- Clear communication and editorial instincts.
