Himont Group is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead strategic marketing, drive portfolio growth, and shape the next phase of our brand journey.

Himont Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the strategic marketing of its portfolio across key specialties. The role will focus on strengthening brand leadership, driving impactful product launches, identifying market opportunities, and developing differentiated strategies to maximize portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong pharmaceutical marketing expertise with a deep understanding of therapeutic markets and customer needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate & drive brand & therapy area marketing strategies.
- Lead, mentor & empower high-performing product teams.
- Expand market share & lead new product launches.
- Align with Sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Leverage data-driven market insights & digital campaigns.
- Oversee P&L, budget allocation, & maximize campaign ROI.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: MBA with B.Pharm / PharmD preferred.
- Experience: 8–12+ years in pharmaceutical marketing & team leadership
