Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
- Monitor network and system performance.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, applications, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure data security.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of Relevant experience in IT support/system administration will be preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
