Job Location: Ombre Apparel Park (Lahore – Manga Raiwind Road)
Job Overview:
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily screen-printing operations to ensure timely production, quality, productivity, material availability, and compliance with company safety standards. The role involves monitoring production performance, rejection, rework, and wastage while coordinating material availability with Procurement and Stores. It also supports machine maintenance, identifies production and quality issues, and coordinates with relevant departments to implement corrective actions. The position guides screen-printing staff and ensures adherence to SOPs, safety requirements, PPE, and workplace housekeeping standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Preferred Education: Bachelors in relevant field
- Minimum Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience
Core Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of screen-printing processes, inks, screens, substrates, and related equipment
- Good production planning, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to work on the production floor for extended periods and handle inks/chemicals safely
- Ability to operate and monitor screen-printing machinery
