We’re Hiring: Branch Managers!Samba Bank is looking for experienced and driven Branch Managers to join our team across Pakistan.
Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad
Education: Graduation
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant branch banking experience
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong communication, conflict management and customer services skills
- Understanding of and knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and Operational Risk
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold branch profitability by consistent growth of low-cost deposit portfolio and managing the overall cost of fund
- Ensure cross sell of all products under the Banks’ product umbrella
- Maintain & increase deposit portfolio as per the allocated budget
- Ensure continuous acquisition of NTBs and building a strong foundation with NTB Deposit
- Ensure deepening of overall existing and potential Customers
- Ensure effective problem resolution by ensuring that processes are understood & followed
- Maintain staff capacitation as per the plan
- Responsible for all administrative and HR issues concerning the Floor
- Uphold all measures in an effort to ensure Information Security of Samba’s customer data
- Ensure consistently high service delivery to all customers
