Position: Regional Manager, Branch Operation
Location: Karachi , Lahore, and Islamabad
Key Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily operations across all regional branches to maximize efficiency.
- Performance: Drive financial profitability, manage regional budgets, and meet growth KPIs.
- Leadership: Supervise, coach, and evaluate branch managers to build strong teams.
- Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to internal policies, local regulations, and security protocols.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine operational audits and resolve complex customer escalations.
- Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and report regional updates to executive leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in branch operations management, with multi-site oversight preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, P&L management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Travel: Ability to travel frequently within the designated geographic region.
