SITUATION VACANT
The Balochistan Aviation Company, Quetta, invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated aviation professionals for the following private contract-based positions in Quetta. Pay and packages shall be compatible for all posts.
Positions & Qualifications
1. Helicopter Pilot (MI-171)
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid PCAA ATPL (H) with MI-171 Type rating Endorsement.
- Minimum 3000 total flying hours.
- Minimum 500 flying hours as Captain on MI-171 helicopter.
- Valid PCAA Class-1 medical.
- At least 500 hours of Instructional experience on rotary-wing aircraft.
- Experience in VIP Flying, High Altitude / Mountain flying, Relief Operations, Casualty Evacuation, long-line, and Sling operations will be an added advantage.

2. Captain (C208B)
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid PCAA CPL(A) and type-rating endorsement.
- Minimum Flight Experience – 2000 hours. Minimum experience: 300 hours on C208B.
- Valid PCAA Class-1 medical.
- No accident records attributable to pilot error.
- Experience in VIP Flying will be an added advantage.

3. Flight Surgeon
- Qualifications & Experience:
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution, with postgraduate training or certification in Aviation Medicine, acceptable to PCAA in accordance with ICAO Annex 1.
- Valid registration with PMDC and eligibility for approval as an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) by PCAA.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably with exposure to aviation medicine, occupational health, or aeromedical operations.
- Proven competence in aeromedical assessment, flight crew medical fitness, in-flight medical support, and coordination with aviation safety and operational departments.

4. Quality Assurance Manager
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. (Master’s degree in Engineering will be considered an added advantage).
- A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in the aviation industry, including at least 10 years of hands-on experience in Quality and Safety Management Systems within an aviation organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems (SMS) in accordance with ICAO Annex 19 and ICAO Doc 9859.
- Proven experience in aviation regulatory compliance, quality assurance, safety assurance, operational auditing, occurrence reporting and investigation, risk assessment, documentation control, and continual improvement initiatives.
- Applicant must have following courses:
- Quality Management System – Lead Auditor
- ICAO Safety Management System (SMS) Course (ICAO Annex 19 / ICAO Doc 9859)
- ICAO Dangerous Goods Course
- ICAO Training Managers Course
- Certified Professional Manager in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) or Human Factor Course
- Aviation Legislation Course

5. Accounts Associate
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts, budgeting, or financial management.
- Experience in government or aviation-related organizations preferred.
- Knowledge of financial rules, auditing, and record maintenance.
- Experience in the preparation of periodic financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements) and management reports.
- Hands-on experience of annual budget preparation and financial forecasting.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- i. Selection shall be purely on qualifications and merit.
- ii. All licenses, qualifications, and certifications must be valid and recognized by PCAA, and compliant with ANO and ATO requirements. Pilots without Type ratings shall not be considered.
- iii. Appointments shall be made on a Private contract.
- iv. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel, amend, or modify the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

- Local/Domicile certificate shall be preferred
