Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline (relevant certifications in Electric Vehicle systems, High Voltage safety, or advanced automotive diagnostics are a plus).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in automotive field engineering, technical diagnostic support, dealership workshop operations, or EV powertrain troubleshooting.
Location: Islamabad
The candidate will be responsible for providing high-level technical field support, diagnosing complex vehicle issues, and executing technical service programs across authorized dealerships and service points in the North region, ensuring alignment with global aftersales standards and operational strategy. The role involves monitoring regional product performance, managing technical escalation calendars, and driving field-level quality enhancement interventions to foster vehicle uptime and continuous service excellence.
The individual will coordinate seamlessly with dealership master technicians, regional service managers, and head office engineering teams to resolve escalated product issues, lead regional technical audit cycles, and enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) as well as high-voltage safety frameworks across workshop floors. Additionally, they will champion technical capability building, oversee warranty part inspection and technical reporting workflows, and track key field service metrics related to first-time fix rates, diagnostic turnaround times, and overall dealer technical readiness.
Notably, the role includes implementing specialized EV diagnostic strategies, managing field campaign and recall execution frameworks, and steering continuous improvement programs to embed BYD’s core values, advanced electromobility standards, and engineering excellence across all regional touchpoints.
Strong analytical troubleshooting, diagnostic prowess, and technical report-writing skills are essential, along with a high level of problem-solving ability, crisis management skills, and cross-functional coordination to establish a premium and reliable technical service ecosystem.

Qualification: Graduation (BBA, BS, or a related field).
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in planning, network performance, or operations reporting.
Location: Head Office, Karachi.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and reporting of after-sales operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, rigorous data integrity, and high-quality service delivery aligned with BYD’s global standards. The role involves tracking key operational metrics, extracting and analyzing data from SAP and DMS, and presenting structured KPI dashboards to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization.
The individual will coordinate cross-functionally to streamline daily and weekly operational reviews, maintain precise documentation and meeting minutes, and manage MMC insurance data consolidation and reporting for relevant stakeholders. Additionally, they will assist in claim processing, facilitate dealer and vendor reimbursement workflows, and liaise closely with finance to ensure prompt payment disbursements and receipt reconciliation.
Notably, the role includes updating core records across DMS and ERP systems, identifying basic process bottlenecks, and actively supporting the development of continuous improvement interventions across the service network.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and business intelligence reporting are essential, along with solid cross-functional collaboration, ownership, and a customer-centric mindset to drive operational excellence.
