We are hiring Sales & Project Coordinator 2 to 4 years of Sales or Customer support experience.

Position: Sales & Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and manage all sales-related documentation, including quotations, sales orders, contracts, invoices, and customer records.
Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding customer payments, invoicing, credit approvals, and account reconciliations.
Liaise with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure timely execution of sales orders.
Track and monitor order status from receipt to delivery and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate sales data, customer databases, and records in provided software/systems.
Assist the sales team in preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and business correspondence.
Monitor pending orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
Prepare periodic sales performance reports and analysis for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
Support tender submissions and maintain all related documentation where applicable.
Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and sales commitments.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather required information and documentation for sales transactions.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all sales documents for audit and reference purposes.
Perform any other sales administration and coordination duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Customer Service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
