Responsible for leading end-to-end product planning and brand management strategies, the role oversees the finalization of product specifications, variant-wise volume forecasting, and strategic pricing frameworks for both CKD and CBU models. By leveraging data-driven consumer insights, competitor benchmarking, and advanced statistical analysis, the role ensures that product offerings directly align with broader market dynamics and long-term organizational goals. Beyond strategic planning, the position drives holistic execution by managing the annual marketing budget, orchestrating integrated ATL/BTL campaign rollouts, and supervising nationwide dealership branding to ensure strong market penetration and consistent brand presence. This effort is supported by nurturing strong cross-functional and third-party partnerships—including HMC and marketing agencies—while driving continuous operational improvement in full compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 quality, environmental, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a relevant discipline.
Requirements:
- 7+ Years of experience preferably in automotive sector.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
