Cross Stitch is hiring Area Sales Manager for South region. This role is based in #Karachi but will be responsible for all retail stores in his region. This position is responsible for the sales targets and profitability, retail operations, people performance, customer experience, inventory management, VM, business growth of all stores within an assigned geographical region. Ensure the compliance with SOPs covering opening/closing, cash handling, security, housekeeping and store administration. Conduct regular visits to stores and markets to assess performance, execution and competitive activity, identify potential locations and market opportunities for new stores and regional expansion, coordinate with VM and Marketing team for seasonal campaigns, promotions, launches and clearance activities, prepare regional sales reviews, forecasts, performance analysis and action plans for senior management and ensure the compliance with internal audits, loss prevention, inventory controls and company policies. Providing trainings to team members to chase retail KPIs.
Candidates must have 10-15 years prior relevant experience including 3-4 years as an ASM.
