𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁
We are looking to hire a professional individual AM – Internal Audit at Head Office, Karachi with having strong grip in compliance and risk management and wants to grow in the overall control environment.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s in Commerce
- Professional certification: CA – Inter / ACCA Qualified / ACCA Finalist
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- Articleship completed from Top 10 QCR firm (Mandatory) – executed both internal and external audits. - 01 year experience in Retail / FMGC as senior internal auditor – preferred
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:-
- 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Review balance sheets, income statements, and ledgers for accuracy and compliance with accounting rules.
- 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘆: Test cash handling, bank reconciliations, and petty cash systems.
- 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Check sales orders, customer credit limits, and invoice accuracy.
- 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀: Inspect purchase orders, vendor contracts, and 3 way matching before payment.
- 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Conduct physical stock counts of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to find shrinkage or waste along with identification of dead and slow moving stock.
- 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀: Review shipping logs, vendor delivery times, and warehouse storage conditions.
- 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Check factory floor logs, machine downtime tracking, and scrap rates for production efficiency.
- 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀: Audit timekeeping records, payroll processing and full & final settlement.
