We invite applications for the following position in our Branch Banking Division, Consumer Banking Group (CBG).
Position: Regional Business Heads – Branch Banking Division (CBG) (Grade: Band-5/ Band-3)

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for achievement of CA, SA and total deposit targets along with other revenue and cross functional targets set for the region.
- Collaboration with all business units for identification of prospective customer to enhance sales opportunities and deposit mobilization.
- Responsibility to enhance and optimize productivity at all levels enforcing compliance culture bringing quality to customer services.
- Ensure adherence to SBP regulations, Bank’s policies procedures and risk guidelines.
- Build succession pipeline and ensure high team engagement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.
- Experience: Minimum 09 to 12 years of banking experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having more than 03 years of banking experience at similar role.
- Age: Not more than 55 Years as of application date.
