🎯 Experience: 5 to 10 Years
𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
• Bachelor/Master degree from HEC recognized institute with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗦:
- 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Oversee day-to-day security operations, surveillance, and access control systems across university and hospital premises.
- 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Manage security personnel training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Develop and implement emergency response plans (fire, natural disasters, incidents) and coordinate drills.
- 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Contribute to security policies, ensure law compliance, and manage the security budget.
- 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Oversee investigations into security breaches and collaborate with law enforcement.
