Fatima Packaging Limited is looking for a talented and driven professional to join our team as an Accounts & Finance Officer.
Key Requirements:
✅ MBA, MS (Accounting & Finance), M.Com
✅ 2–4 years of relevant professional experience
✅ Knowledge of Oracle R12 Accounts Payable & Receivable module, GL Module, Inventory Module
✅ Knowledge of Bank Reconciliations, bank guarantee discounting process and verification in the system
✅ Knowledge of Accounts Payable Process (PR, PO, MRR, Invoice recording, matching and payments)
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Coordinate with Banks for opening of LCs and manage pledged stock with banks and Muccaddum
🔹 Prepare documents for new/renewal of banking facilities. Calculation of Associated Companies and Banks markup.
🔹 Monthly Bank Reconciliations and posting of all JV’s in the Oracle System.
🔹 Booking of receipts from customers and applying unapplied receipts with sales invoices in the Oracle system
🔹 Monthly Warehouse-wise Sale Reconciliation with Field Warehouse
🔹 Verify sales with respect to pricing & transfer to GL, recovery of credit sales against cheques and Bank Guarantees
🔹 Rate verification of Transporter Bills, warehouse labour handling bill invoices & process payments
🔹 Reconcile supplier ledger monthly and resolve differences.
