We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Apparel Division as Assistant Manager PD Technical Services.
The key areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate include:
- Monitor PPC plans and ensure timely issuance of PD specifications for production.
- Prepare manufacturing specifications by following tech packs, BOMs, approved samples, and PRs.
- Verify incoming threads, trims, sundries, and packing materials against trim cards.
- Review and verify trim cards, samples, styles, threads, and operations.
- Coordinate with PD Sewing, Marketing, Production, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Resolve routine issues related to styles, accessories, feasibility, and machinery arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality parameters, and customer requirements.
- Identify potential risks and implement production-friendly solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation, communication records, and departmental discipline.
- Support training and development opportunities within the department.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s in Textile or related field.
- 03 – 05 years of relevant experience in the Apparel Industry
- Strong understanding of Product Development & Technical Services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate challenges
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
