𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 – 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 / 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Ensure timely processing of Letters of Credit (L/Cs), advance payments, and open account transactions.
- Liaise effectively with banks regarding L/Cs, running finance renewals, and other financial matters.
- Arrange and manage marine insurance and related documentation with the insurance company.
- Handle all internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CFO in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure renewal of running finance facilities and maintain follow-up with banks and related departments.
- Oversee the issuance of scrap/disposal letters in coordination with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain Department for preparation and issuance of pay orders and other related tasks.
- Assist the Manager Investments in handling correspondence, record-keeping, and filing.
- Stay updated with customs regulations and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) rules related to imports to ensure compliance.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Strong knowledge of L/Cs, advance payments, open accounts, running finance, and trade finance.
- Understanding of marine insurance documentation and related procedures.
- Familiar with SBP regulations and customs import/export compliance.
- Skilled in coordinating with banks, insurance firms, and internal departments.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficient in document management, record-keeping, and confidential correspondence.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
