Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in program management, preferably in education projects
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Experience in managing field staff
• Expertise in monitoring, reporting, and project documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Travel Requirement:
This role supports projects in KP and Balochistan. Candidates must be willing to travel to these provinces as required.
