Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of education programs focused on Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), foundational learning, and school improvement initiatives.
- Location: Lahore
- Position: Project Manager
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field
- Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience in education or development programs, preferably donor-funded
Key Requirements:
🔹 Strong knowledge of TaRL, foundational learning, teacher professional development, and project management
🔹 Experience in stakeholder coordination, monitoring & evaluation, and financial management
🔹 Experience managing education projects, including school rehabilitation and teacher capacity-building, is an advantage
🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, report writing, and team management skills
