𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 focused on data reporting and insights.
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Head Office, Karachi.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc People & CX reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of all outputs.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Create management reports, scorecards, and presentations for decision-making.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify key improvement drivers.
- Generate insights to improve employee experience, customer experience, and performance.
- Conduct trend, root cause, and performance analysis for decision support.
- Develop KPI scorecards across People & CX functions.
- Collaborate with People, CX, Operations, BI teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Support process improvement through data analysis and insights.
- Maintain reporting documentation and databases.
- Support management with insights, forecasts, and decision support.
- Perform additional reporting and analytical tasks as assigned by the management.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or operations within the retail industry (mandatory).
- Strong command of Advanced Excel (mandatory), Power BI, and SQL (preferred).
- Good understanding of dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
