We are looking for an 𝗛𝗥 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to support our People & Culture function by delivering efficient HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing an exceptional employee service experience.
The ideal candidate brings hands on experience in managing employee benefits, statutory compliance, full & final settlements, HR documentation, payroll coordination, HRMIS reporting, and employee service processes.
Working closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors, the successful candidate will help drive operational excellence while ensuring policy compliance and Artificial Intelligence exposure will be added an advantage.
