- Resident Engineer-Civil/Arch./MEP for a project of AKES, Pakistan
The Project Engineer will be responsible for the overall management of capital projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful project close-out. Develops and oversees project execution, logistics, and risk management plans while coordinating with contractors, consultants, designers, and the engineering team to ensure timely progress and minimal disruption to school operations. Monitors project schedules, costs, variations, and interim payments, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and regular reporting. Facilitates site visits, material approvals, and stakeholder coordination to support efficient project delivery. - Site Engineer for a project of AKES, Pakistan
The Site Engineer will work closely with contractors and stakeholders on-site to support the smooth execution of construction activities under the guidance of the Resident Engineer. The role involves supervising the on-site technical team, managing site resources and materials, monitoring daily progress against the schedule, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and health and safety requirements. The incumbent will also provide regular site reports, assist in inspections and verification of technical documents, address site issues, and maintain proper documentation of project activities. - Regional Facilities Lead
The Regional Facilities Lead will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of facilities across the region. The role ensures that all AKESP facilities are safe, compliant, operationally efficient, and financially sustainable. This position provides governance, leadership, and oversight to regional and school-level facilities teams while supporting capital projects and long-term asset planning.
