Officer – Data Management & Business Reporting
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business reports.
- Monitor sales trends, dealer performance, and target achievement, highlighting areas requiring attention.
- Prepare Dealer KPI reports, management dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Record, track, and follow up on customer and dealer complaints, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Analyze business, service, and spare parts data to support operational and management decisions.
- Coordinate with the IT team to develop and improve BI reports and dashboards.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting while maintaining data integrity.
Qualification:
- B. Com or B.A.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Data Science or a related analytical field.
Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in reporting, data analysis, business operations or a similar role.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with SAP ERP.
