Position : Assistant Manager – Administration, based in Lahore.
The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administration and facility operations, ensuring efficient office management, vendor coordination, asset maintenance, workplace compliance, and business continuity. It will also supervise the administration team, optimize operational processes, coordinate office logistics and projects, manage budgets and reports, and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance workplace effectiveness.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience in administration, facilities management, office operations, or corporate services, are encouraged to apply. Master’s degree preferred.
