Key Requirements:
Qualification: B.Sc. Textile Engineering (Wet Processing).
Experience: 8–10 years of experience in knit processing, dyeing, and finishing.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of process control, quality, and color management.
Responsibilities:
You will monitor and control pretreatment, dyeing, and finishing processes; ensure quality, shade consistency, and process compliance; drive KPIs, team performance, and operational efficiency; and implement CAPA, SOPs, and process improvements.
