We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and results‑driven Collection Officer to join our team in Faisalabad.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining strong and professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments within the assigned territory
-Achieve monthly collection targets and manage DSO effectively
-Deliver invoices and follow up on payment commitments
-Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
-Issue payment receipts and submit daily visit/collection reports
-Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support smooth collections
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Business, or related field preferred)
*1–2 years of experience in collections (courier, logistics, banking, or recovery)
*Strong communication, negotiation, and MS Office skills
