Position: MANAGER PROCUREMENT

FOR KARACHI OFFICE

JOB ROLE

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with hotel operational and business objectives.
• Manage procurement of hotel operational supplies, FF&E, OS&E, F&B, and engineering materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely deliveries.
• Handle tendering, comparative analysis, and contract management.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Lead and supervise the procurement team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8-12 years of procurement experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Knowledge of hotel procurement categories including F&B, FF&E, OS&E, and MEP-related materials, specially for hospitality & mixed use realestate development.
