Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Journalism, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Relevant experience in public relations, customer service, healthcare, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Description
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors throughout their hospital journey.
- Guide patients and attendants to relevant clinics, wards, and hospital facilities.
- Handle patient complaints, queries, and feedback professionally.
- Provide information regarding hospital services and policies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure quality patient care.
- Assist Executive Health Checkup (EHC) patients and support VIP/VVIP protocol.
- Prepare departmental reports and maintain relevant records.
- Perform other PR-related assignments as assigned by management.
