WE ARE HIRING PRODUCTION OFFICER (CONTRACTUAL)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 2–4 years of relevant experience in cereal/food manufacturing, with expertise in production management, process control, quality & food safety compliance, and team coordination.
BSc in Food Technology/Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
LOCATION: Cereals & Pasta Plant, Rawalpindi

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct shift-start safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Ensure production, consumption, productivity, and efficiency targets are achieved.
- Approve recipe verification, material issuance, and RTS processes.
- Coordinate production plans, boiler startup/shutdown, and cross-functional communication.
- Monitor waste, downtime, maintenance issues, and ensure accurate reporting/documentation.
