Responsibilities:
- Prepare conceptual and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications for construction projects.
- Control all drawings and specifications, incorporating equations, calculations, and instructions.
- Generate rough sketches by studying architectural specifications and capturing essential details.
- Develop basic conceptual working drawings depicting the physical, functional, and aesthetic requirements of the project.
- Create detailed drawings of interior details and structural systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping elements.
- Produce final drawings by reviewing architectural sketches, specifications, and supporting documents.
- Draw multiple views, accurately identifying dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances, and materials.
- Identify and verify specifications by examining architectural documents and performing necessary calculations.
- Modify drawings as required, incorporating changes and updating identifications to reflect revised specifications.
- Perform 3D modelling and rendering to visualize and present design concepts effectively.
- Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analysing relevant information to ensure consistency and accuracy in drawings.
- Conduct site visits to assess the quality of work and implementation of design against specifications.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by management to support project objectives.
