Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations.
*Ensure production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained.
*Supervise and manage production staff, providing guidance and support.
*Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
*Implement and enforce company policies and procedures in the production department.
Requirements:
*Graduate with 2–3 years of industry experience.
*Knowledge of plant operations.
