We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – BMA Investment Advisors
Are you a proven sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving business growth?
BMA Investment Advisors is looking for experienced Regional Sales Managers to lead our retail sales operations across major cities in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Area Managers and Wealth Managers across the region.
- Drive regional sales performance and achieve monthly business targets.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent.
- Conduct daily team meetings and oversee sales activities.
- Monitor prospecting pipelines, client engagement, and business development initiatives.
- Organize client seminars, roadshows, kiosk activities, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with Retail, Institutional Sales, Marketing, and senior management.
- Submit regular sales MIS and activity reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in financial services, investments, banking, or asset management.
- Strong people management, coaching, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- ICM Certification (mandatory) or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of joining, as per SECP requirements.
