The City School is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Headmaster/Headmistress (PG to Class 6) at its Allama Iqbal Town Campus, Lahore.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strong academic leadership and contribute as a key member of the School / Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead, manage, and support teaching staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, assessment, and monitoring in line with TCS standards.
- Ensure effective classroom practices and continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.
- Support staff development through mentoring, lesson observations, feedback, and training initiatives.
- Coordinate academic administration including timetables, resources, and academic reporting.
- Monitor students’ progress using data and assessments to improve learning outcomes.
- Liaise with parents on academic matters and address concerns professionally.
- Ensure implementation of school policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
- Contribute actively to school improvement planning and achievement of academic targets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal / Head of School.
