Join Our Team ASSISTANT MANAGER HR / OD
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Manager – HR/OD to support the development and implementation of people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, and talent growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing organizational development initiatives, enhancing performance management processes, and supporting culture transformation efforts that align with business objectives. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with a passion for building a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management systems.
- Assist in talent management, succession planning, and competency mapping programs.
- Analyze organizational structures, roles, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on findings.
- Coordinate leadership development and employee learning programs.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, dashboards, and communications.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce development needs and recommend solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience in succession planning, competency frameworks, and employee engagement programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
