SLG-Trax is hiring a “Team Lead-Retail” based in Karachi on an immediate basis.
Job Descriptions:
A Team Leader will oversee daily Retail operations, focusing on customer service, inventory control, and staff performance. He will manage walk-in retail customers, track shipment deliveries, and ensure adherence to company standards while driving sales and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
*Operational Execution: Supervise day-to-day retail center operations, including processing shipments, managing cash submission, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of booked shipments.
*Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints regarding delayed or damaged parcels, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
*Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of packaging materials, shipping supplies, and retail goods.
*Staff Leadership & Training: Train, mentor, and schedule frontline staff and retail associates. Monitor performance and ensure team compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
*Reporting & KPIs: Track key metrics such as daily footfall, shipment volumes, and service turnaround times, reporting data to the Line Manager.
Essential Requirements:
*Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree, combined with 2 to 4 years of experience in retail management, logistics, or a customer-facing supply chain environment.
*Skills: Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) and inventory tracking software is also highly valued.
Age: Not more than 35 years
Conveyance: Must have own motorcycle with a valid driving license.
