In this pivotal role, candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of cash management Sales, Product, Implementation & Support and Cash Management Operations within the bank. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing strategies to efficiently manage and achieve Sales Targets, implementation of Products, Client satisfaction, ensure accuracy in transactions, and enhance overall operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of cash management principles, and the ability to drive innovation within the unit.
Key Requirements:
💼 12+ years of progressive banking experience (with a heavy focus on Cash Management/Transaction Banking).
📈 Proven success in leading large cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation.
🎯 Strong strategic mindset with a deep understanding of liquidity and digital banking ecosystems.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Masters will be preferred)
