Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM | 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM | 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Summary:
Tim’s is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively while maintaining service standards.
- Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.
- Coordinate with restaurant/store management and operational teams to resolve guest issues.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of guest feedback and prepare reports when required.
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
- Uphold brand standards and represent the company positively at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality and professional appearance
