Position: Associate Section Manager – Meat & Poultry
Location: Islamabad – E11 Branch
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Section Manager – Meat & Poultry to lead our Meat Department at our Islamabad E11 branch. The ideal candidate must be an expert butcher with strong operational and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily operations of the Meat & Poultry section.
-Ensure high standards of meat cutting, trimming, deboning, and portion control.
-Maintain hygiene, food safety, and temperature control as per company standards.
-Monitor stock levels, wastage control, and ordering.
-Lead, train, and supervise butchers and counter staff.
-Ensure attractive product display and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
-Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience (at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred)
-Proven experience as an Expert Butcher from a reputed hotel industry or retail supermarket chain.
-Strong knowledge of beef, mutton, poultry cutting techniques and yield management.
-Hands-on expertise in deboning, portioning, and speciality cuts.
-Sound understanding of food safety standards and cold chain management.
-Leadership experience with ability to manage a team.
