Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Job Summary
The Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the CEO’s time and office run efficiently.
This role requires discretion, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
-Prioritize and coordinate the CEO’s daily agenda
-Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
-Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
-Maintain confidential files and records
-Organize and manage documents, reports, and presentations
-Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, visas, transport)
-Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events
-Anticipate needs of the CEO and proactively provide solutions
-Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing documents
-Assist in decision-making by providing relevant information
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
