Position: Service Quality Officer
Responsibilities
- Support Service Quality operations through reporting, follow-ups, outbound customer calls, and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor service standards, SLAs, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and trackers using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues and accurate data collection.
- Assist the Unit Head – Service Quality in daily operations and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in service quality, operations, or coordination roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong follow-up, analytical, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under supervision.
