JS Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Manager (i.e. Area Manager) to lead our Branch Banking Function in Karachi. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Lead and manage the Branch Banking business within the assigned cluster to achieve aggressive targets for CASA, Cross-Sell, and overall profitability.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a robust control environment across all branches, ensuring strict adherence to the Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Culture: Champion the Bank’s core values and mentor branch teams to build a high-performing, customer-centric workforce.
Performance Monitoring: Drive KPIs and implement strategies to enhance market share and service standards within the region.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role as a Branch Manager or Area Manager.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Certification: Professional certification related to Banking Regulations from the Institute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP) is mandatory.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of banking products, services, and local regulatory frameworks.

Job Description:
Floor Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a branch with a focus on achieving assigned targets of CA, SA, Cross-Sell, Profitability, and other assigned targets while keep on improving the overall control environment of the branches considering laid down policies and procedures of the bank.
Experience: 2-3 years Branch Banking experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s will be preferred)
