Feroze1888 Mills is seeking competent profiles for the following position:
Assistant Manager – SAP PM
Seeking an experienced SAP PM professional to support maintenance digitalization, master data governance, KPI development, and system integration initiatives to enhance asset performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- SAP PM Strategy & Implementation – Assist in SAP PM rollout, enhancements, and alignment with maintenance and reliability objectives.
- Master Data Management – Ensure accurate creation, validation, and periodic audit of Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, Task Lists, and Maintenance Plans.
- Process Improvement – Review and enhance maintenance workflows, strengthen SOPs, and drive system and efficiency improvements using SAP PM best practices.
- Digital Integration – Support integration of SAP PM with PLC, SCADA, and IIoT systems to enable condition-based and predictive maintenance initiatives.
- KPI Development & Reporting – Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reports covering preventive maintenance compliance, downtime, cost, and backlog.
- Functional Support & Coordination – Provide SAP PM functional support, coordinate with maintenance and IT teams, support training, and ensure audit compliance.
Qualification & Experience:
B.E / B.S (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) with atleast 4–5 years of SAP PM experience in manufacturing or asset-intensive industries
Preferred Skills:
- SAP S/4HANA PM exposure
- Integration knowledge (PS/MM/SCADA)
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance / Industry 4.0 concepts
